Pressed free-range chicken and slow-cooked smoked ham hock with parsley, thyme and a hint of nutmeg, served with toasted sourdough, spiced Christmas chutney and dressed winter leaves.
**Main Course**
Roast Norfolk Turkey
Succulent slices of Norfolk turkey, traditionally roasted and served with sage & onion stuffing, crisp pigs in blankets, duck fat roast potatoes, buttered Brussels sprouts with chestnuts, honey-glazed carrots, braised red cabbage, rich pan gravy and cranberry sauce.

Traditional Christmas Pudding
A rich, fruit-laden traditional Christmas pudding, gently warmed and served with silky brandy cream for a timeless festive finish.
